- Responsible for recording data of shipping and receiving errors
- Collaborate with the Inventory team for mis-ship orders
- Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner
- Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
