Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a 1st shift position. The ideal candidate will be forklift certified, experienced in order picking, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently when not operating the forklift. The role requires knowledge of operating a cherry picker, and the ability to work safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklift to move materials, products, and inventory within the warehouse
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate a cherry picker to retrieve and place inventory at heights
- Consistently lift and move up to 50 lbs. when not on the forklift
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Valid Forklift Certification
- Previous order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. consistently
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
