We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk
Great hours: Part-time- Monday-Friday 12:00-4:00 pm
Must be flexible to work additional hours as needed
Pay rate: $16.00
Location on the West Side of Cleveland
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain shipping schedule per company guidelines.
- Print supporting shipping documents.
- Prepare BOL’s /Schedule trucks in the TMS system/broker.
- Process daily orders shipped.
- Communicate with customer service/trucking companies as needed.
- Answer warehouse phone.
- Work with warehouse management/order pullers.
- Create shipping labels.
- ERP experience helpful.
- Knowledge of TMS and ERP systems.
- MS Office/computer skills.
- Data entry.
- Problem solving.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Oral and written communication skills.
