Position: Casting and Pasting Operator
Location: Fremont, OH
Pay Rate: $22.20 to $24.90 an hour based on experience (plus $1.00 shift premium)
Shift: 2nd (2 pm to 11 pm)

What You'll Do:
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while operating machinery and equipment in the plant.
- Efficient Operations: Perform equipment setup and changeovers efficiently to ensure smooth production.
- Productivity Goals: Maintain consistent productivity levels to meet or exceed minimum requirements.
- Versatile Tasks: Participate in various manufacturing processes, including loading, sorting, pasting, and loading of cells.
- Transport and Storage: Safely transport pasted plates from machines to storage racks.
- Precision Work: Execute the bonding of plate lugs with precision.
- Quality Control: Remove casted straps while maintaining product integrity.
- Issue Reporting: Identify and promptly report any product, process, or quality system issues to lead personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to uphold a smooth operational flow.
What You'll Bring:
- Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to utilize hand tools and torches as necessary.
- Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills to perform required calculations.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit effective communication skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment.
