Nesco Resource is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join the team of one of our long-term clients in the Clarkston area. This full-time, contract-to-hire role involves managing order processes, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the production team with accurate and timely information. Responsibilities:
- Enter orders and promptly confirm them with customers.
- Input orders into production scheduling software.
- Create and provide accurate customer quotes.
- Handle daily invoicing tasks.
- Respond to customer service requests and inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain job folders for the production team.
- Manage office supply inventory, including setting min/max quantities and reorder frequencies.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to multitasking.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
- Focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
