Title: Program Assistant
Job Summary: The Program Assistant is assists in administration of all Certification, Associate, and Recertification Program activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•
Processing and reviewing credentialing and recredentialing applications
•
Processing physical certificate requests for Associates and Certificants
•
Providing phone and email customer support for prospective applicants, Board Certification candidates, Associate candidates, and credential holders
•
Maintaining records, procedures, and documents related to Certification and Associate Programs
•
Communicating with applicants and credential holders for application and renewal deadlines
Experience/Education Requirements: Associates Degree or a minimum of two years of customer service, record keeping, and/or project coordination experience. Must have solid knowledge of standard office procedures and computer programs, be highly organized and possess strong customer service skills.
Essential Competencies:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
•
Excellent writing and telephone communication skills
•
Exceptional customer service skills
•
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
•
Must be able to work independently and remotely
Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer for majority of the workday, and be able to lift items weighing 30 pounds or less.
Availability: Must be available to work standard office hours, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
