Base Salary: $110,000/yr plus 25% bonus (paid out quarterly)
Schedule: travel to customer sites (*vehicle and gas card provided!)
*Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and some overnight travel to cover sales territory.

Position Overview:
Support sales and marketing efforts to achieve regional goals through client visits, phone and group sales, and participation in technical/professional associations. Collaborate with Operations and corporate staff to develop accurate, competitive proposals for company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet area sales targets through consistent sales efforts.
- Maintain relationships with major accounts and establish new ones.
- Deliver effective customer presentations, conduct site visits, and ensure accurate proposals.
- Implement monthly marketing plans and support promotional efforts to enhance the company image.
- Participate in trade shows, professional societies, and public relations activities.
- Contribute to sales and marketing plans with fresh ideas and input.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE/BSME), or equivalent experience:
- Electrical technical school graduate with 5 years relevant work.
- High school diploma with 3 years of similar work experience.
