- Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble custom signage and de cor projects from start to finish—no assembly line work!
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
- Manage inventory to keep components available and identify material shortages.
- Maintain an organized workspace and meet deadlines with high-quality standards.
- Adapt to client demands, including working overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience using power tools such as drills, nailers, staplers, and tape guns. (Required)
- Ability to read shop drawings and follow instructions accurately. (Required)
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of measurements and materials.
- Safety-focused, following protocols and using safety equipment like glasses and respirators when required.
