Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1 st Shift Pickers at a facility in Newton, NC.
Requirements:
Pay Rate - $14.50. After successfully completing 90 days, we will increase to $15.00.
Shift:
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, but must be open to occasional 6am start time and occasional weekends.

Requirements:
- Meet productivity deadline
- Must not be scared of heights up to 25 ft
- Basic Reading, Writing and Math
- Able to work in a non climate control facility
- Able to lift at least 30lbs
- Pass clients Picker training
- Competent to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Able to execute excellent attendance
- Able to work in a team environment
- Respectful and hardworking
- Follow rules and guidelines
- Steel toe shoes
- No tank tops
- Shorts are permitted but must be up to knee level
- No muscle shirt no open sides
- No article of clothing with offensive language or picture
- Bring plenty of liquid to remain hydrated
- Bring lunch/ snacks
