Interview process: Team Meeting interview. Manager will hire from this one interview.
Assists with new employee hiring, onboarding, training, administrative support with ordering food, etc.
Below are some of the job duties:
• Conducting new hire orientations
• Onboarding new employees (helping to setup workstations, getting them access in the system, etc)
• Helping to communicate start dates (we will be hiring ~50 employees/week March-September)
• Helping the training team as needed
• Employee relations: Help answer employee questions
• Help with new hire paperwork
Education:
HS Diploma required
Experience:
1-3 years HR assistant experience preferred. Soft skills here are more critical than exact experience.
Soft skills:
• Go-getter
• Someone that doesn't necessarily need to be told what to do but will see there's a need and will jump in to help
• Someone that is people-oriented and will reflect our positive culture we are building
• Someone that can handle pressure well
• Someone that can multi-task and prioritize really well
• Someone that doesn't need to be micro-managed. Can be given a task and will get it done
