Job Title: Production Associate (Batch maker) - Adding raw materials to mixing tanks, following a recipe to produce finished product.
Job Summary: The Batch maker is responsible for preparing and mixing paint formulations according to specified recipes and quality standards. This role involves operating mixing equipment, ensuring the accuracy of measurements, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Paint Batch maker plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all batches meet the required specifications for color, viscosity, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.
Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.
Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills and pumps, to produce paint batches.
Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.

1. Strength and Stamina:
o Ability to lift and carry heavy materials or equipment, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
o Endurance to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks without fatigue.
2. Manual Dexterity:
o Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery, requiring good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
o Ability to manipulate small parts and components accurately.
3. Vision:
o Good visual acuity to read measurements, labels, and instructions, as well as to inspect products for quality control.
o Depth perception may be necessary for operating machinery and handling materials.
4. Mobility:
o Capability to move around the production area, which may involve bending, stooping, and reaching.
