Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support critical projects, deliver analytical reporting, and provide superior customer service. This role involves strategic collaboration with teams to enhance the customer experience while managing high-priority accounts and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product allocation projects and deliver analytical reporting on strategic high-priority accounts.
- Provide enhanced shipment visibility and logistics updates for equipment units in transit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with a dedicated focus on high-vulnerability accounts.
- Collaborate with teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization.
Schedule
- On-site requirement for the first 6 months (potential hybrid flexibility after).
- Standard work hours:
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (2 positions)
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (1 position)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
This is a long-term contract-to-hire position
