Press Operator:
- Operate press machinery according to company standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.
- Ensure safe operation and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the respective roles preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude (Press Operator, Blowmold Operator).
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (Assembly Operators).
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills (Injection Mold Operator).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (Press Operator).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks (Assembly Operators).
- Ability to handle materials safely and effectively.
