Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions that address complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Quality & Testing: Focus on delivering robust, reliable solutions through unit and integration testing while promoting best practices in code quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sprint goals, providing mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Code Review & Deployment: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and support seamless code deployment.
  • Self-Management: Effectively prioritize and manage your workload to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a seasoned professional who combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Extensive Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in cloud development with AWS and a deep understanding of AWS best practices.
  • Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with domain-driven design, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
  • Full Lifecycle Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaboration & Independence: Exceptional ability to work independently while excelling as a collaborative team member.
  • Analytical Insight: Proven skills in interpreting and implementing complex business and functional requirements.
  • Test Automation Focus: A commitment to incorporating test automation into development processes.
