Shift Details: 2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM ( start times may vary between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM ) – work 7 days a week.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment with minimal supervision using safe electrical techniques, schematics, and diagnostic instruments.

Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.

Hydraulics

Press Operations

Vertical Press Systems

CNC Machinery
-

Optimize Equipment: Update schematics, suggest spare parts, and implement improvements to systems and machinery.

Precision Work: Use measurement devices like calipers and dial indicators to meet print tolerances and industry standards.

Electrical Mastery: Build, label, and wire panels/boxes professionally per schematics and safely run conduit and power drops.

Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
What You Bring:

Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Journeyman's card or a minimum of 8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
-
Ability to pass a Maintenance Technician aptitude test.

Technical Expertise:
-
Strong skills in hydraulics, press operations, vertical press systems, and CNC machinery.
-
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting circuits and systems up to 110 volts.

Familiarity with robotic arms and other automated systems.

Tools & Techniques:

Experience using diagnostic tools like calipers, dial indicators, and electrical meters.

Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.

Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and safety regulations.
