Required skills/experience:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related field is a hard requirement!
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders/Contracts, preferably in manufacturing environment
Top skills:
- Working closely with customers (Purchase orders, quotes, entry of orders)
- Strong Microsoft skills (excel, ability to write well worded communications)
- Someone who enjoys complexity and isn't scared/intimated by complexity. This is a dynamic, multifaceted position.
Summary:
Takes orders from customers and representatives.
Responsibilities include: quoting prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates.
Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports.
Position acts as a liaison between customer and business in expedition orders.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for error free execution of quotes, orders and other order
management related activities.
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Understand and execute contractual agreements.
- Coordinate order requirements through the MRP system and other business tools.
- Organize communication for internal customers to meet external customer requirements.
- Use professional telephone and written communication skills to include excellent use of grammar and sentence structure.
- Ability to flex across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responsiveness to customers.
- Participate in training, testing, and project related activities as identified.
- Represent *** to the customer in a highly effective, professional manner.

Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40 hours – Requires some flexibility/overtime when required based on load.
Required Education: Bachelor in Business Administration or similar.
Preferred: Customer Service experience or Sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
