Shift:
- 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay:
- $18.00 an hour
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform electroforming activities, including electroforming, electroplating, electroless plating, waste water treatment, process solution control, and product quality control.
- Supply high-quality electroforms and electroplated substrates to customers on schedule.
- Follow procedures for cleaning, passivation, stripping, and fixturing, ensuring product quality through thorough inspection.
- Prepare for electroforming and load OSB and RPB mothers while preventing contaminants that could cause defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Accurately follow production schedules, inspect tools, enter production and quality data into the computer system, and print travelers for completed jobs.
- Safely dispose of metal-bearing rinse waters in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Communicate equipment status and process issues verbally and in writing.
- Enter and maintain accurate job function data and records.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the proper operation of all equipment.
- Consistently monitor quality throughout all processes, including process chemistry and procedures, utilizing various metrology equipment.
- Collaborate with department team leaders and production schedules to complete tooling and development projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong math and communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with various metrology equipment required.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
