Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Chemical Operator to join our team and contribute to our high-performance manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for key chemical processes such as blending, extraction, drying, and distillation, all while ensuring top-notch safety and efficiency. As part of our 24/7 manufacturing team, you'll work on a rotating shift schedule to maintain smooth production and uphold our commitment to continuous improvement.

Shift: This is a rotating shift and goes as followed. 

 
  • 2 day shifts on (12-hour days: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

  • 24 hours off

  • 2 night shifts on (12-hour nights: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

  • 3 days off

  • Weekly shift start day moves forward by one day each week

Pay:

  • $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience, education, and other job-related factors)

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate chemical processes safely and efficiently to meet regulatory, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ISO standards.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals and waste in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Continuously improve process knowledge and obtain/maintain necessary certifications.
  • Promptly report safety, quality, capacity, or process equipment issues to supervision.
  • Plan for and respond to hazardous waste emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered).
  • Chemical manufacturing or chemical experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and hand tools.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
