        What You Need! 

        • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
        • Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or eligibility by comity.
        • Experience: Proficiency in structural design across various materials and building systems.
        • Software Skills: Expertise in structural design software such as RISA, ETABS, and REVIT.
        • Communication Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
        • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
