Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, particularly in roadway and bridge design, and storm sewer design.
- Professional Engineering License is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation engineering design.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Experience in project management, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to delegate work assignments to Junior Engineers, CAD technicians, and support staff.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines including AASHTO Green Book, Roadside Design Guide, Highway Capacity Manual, ODOT design standards, Brown Book, and Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices is desired.
