1st shift - approximately 30 hours per week
To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners. Assist in troubleshooting product non-conformance's and resolving production problems.
In addition, this individual will perform quality work in support of the following roles and responsibilities.
Final Assembly
Perform final assembly of units per assembly drawings and work instructions.
Ability to solder to IPC 610 and J-standard specifications.
Touch-up of conformal coat.
Ability to mix two part epoxies using weight and volume ratios.
Verify kits for correct part numbers and quantities.
Build subassemblies for use in the final system.
Work with technicians in testing.
Perform system level rework including sub-assemblies, PCB's, and harnesses.
Verify documentation on completed units.
Operate wire stamping machine.
Experience One (1) year minimum of manufacturing assembly;
Soldering (IPC 610 and/or J-standard)
