Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Pay:
- $20.00 an hour, based on experience
Shift:
- 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
