Job Title: Assembly Tech

Summary: Join our innovative manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician and contribute to the creation of high-quality products in a dynamic and supportive work environment. In this role, you will perform assembly of quality steel framing parts, following assembly instructions. You'll play a critical role in upholding our commitment to safety and quality, ensuring all processes comply with safety regulations.

Shift:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- $18.00 - $19.00 an hour
- Product assembly of quality steel framing systems.
- Reading, interpreting, and adhering to assembly instructions.
- Following all environmental health and safety regulations; compliance with all OSHA standards.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Professionally communicating with team members and supervisors.
- Completing manufacturing documentation as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred.
- One year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position is preferred.
- High degree of manual dexterity.
- Comfort/experience operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
- Quality-focused and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive communication style.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
