Mold Technician – Injection Molding
Location: Hartville, OH | Pay: $17 per hour (based on experience)
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You'll Do:
- Masterfully swap out molds in injection molding machines with precision and efficiency.
- Follow detailed procedures for mold installations, including Scientific Molding Process (SMP) guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of molds, keeping production smooth and seamless.
- Handle mold insert changeovers and stay well-versed in various injection machine controllers.
- Tackle issues head-on, communicating any mold or machine concerns promptly.
- Train fellow team members in material handling and grinding techniques.
- Support the team as a backup assistant supervisor, starting up machines and more.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Experience : 1 year in injection molding is preferred.
- Skills : Certified forklift operator with a commitment to safety and precision.
- Attributes : Self-motivated, independent worker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds regularly, with heavier lifts occasionally required.
