In this position, you will:
- Be responsible for ensuring the assembed devices & cables meet company requirements before it is packaged for shipping to the customer.
- Visually inspect the assembled devices & cables to ensure they meet specifications and identify any defects.
- Make decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production Lead.
- Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.
- 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet quality expectations for finished products.
- Must have experience with assembling/working with electrical wires.
- Experience working with and assembling electrical panels.
- Must have basic technical skills or working with electrical wires, electrical conduits and cables.
- Using and maintaining hand and power tools.
- Worked in an assembly environment for a minimum of 3 years.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift.
- Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs will be expected, with assistance.
