About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence for a state-of-the-art assembly facility by maintaining production system uptime, enhancing system functionality, and collaborating on innovative technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure SCADA and MES applications to meet operational requirements.
  • Conduct training for operators on SCADA/MES systems.
  • Provide real-time production support to maintain system uptime during first shift operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement system integration enhancements with PLCs, ERP systems (e.g., JDE), and other technologies.
  • Assist in creating functional specifications, test cases, and design documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and adherence of control standards.
  • Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend or implement improvements.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of the SCADA/MES environment by establishing operational guidelines and recovery protocols.
  • Develop and maintain SCADA/MES systems, including tag database generation, reporting, and system configurations.
  • Support the deployment of additional technologies as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong skills in ITSM processes, troubleshooting, system configuration, and process documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining stakeholder alignment and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience with Ignition and Sepasoft development and support.
  • Proficiency in working with Rockwell or Siemens PLCs, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, Jython, C/C , Visual Basic, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
