About the Role:
This dual-role opportunity blends the responsibilities of a Technology Architect and a ServiceNow Developer to shape and enhance our digital technology landscape. You’ll lead architectural decisions across platforms while also driving hands-on development within ServiceNow. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that transform business processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a technical architect, leading cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges across multiple technologies, including Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, and Cloud.
- Serve as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer, optimizing production environments, managing bug fixes, and driving platform efficiency.
- Implement best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise goals across technology stacks.
- Translate business needs into actionable strategies, developing technical applications that expand system functionality and adoption.
- Evaluate workflows, technical approaches, and analytical methods to identify and implement enhancements.
- Design and execute hands-on solutions within ServiceNow that align with enterprise goals and drive impactful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in IT architecture, systems development, or a similar field.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow development.

- Advanced experience in Digital Supply Chain, Cloud, or Emerging Technologies.
- Strong financial and technical modeling skills.
