We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and building relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage an assigned sales territory, plan daily activities, and prioritize leads to maximize efficiency.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress in a CRM system.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the sales territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
