The Membership Analyst role requires the ability to manage data, have excel skills, good analytical skills, and good decision-making skills. Must have the ability to work independently, and the ability to multi-task.They must be organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure and meet customer contractual deadlines. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate analysis and processing of all assigned customer accounts, including reconciliation of discrepancies for these accounts. They must be able to communicate clearly and decisively with customer, co-workers, and management.
