Asset Coordination and Support Specialist

Location: Tucson (Oro Valley)
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

The Asset Coordination and Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by coordinating and overseeing asset inductions. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth transition of assets from one system to another.

Additionally, the specialist will provide essential administrative support to the Automation and Maintenance Support Department to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the induction of assets into the manufacturing system, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, as well as external vendors and partners.
- Manage the transition of assets between systems, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Automation and Maintenance Support Department, including scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, inductions, and transitions, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately reflects current operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements related to asset management and administrative functions.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to asset inductions and transitions.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager and/or SAP highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in asset management or a related field, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for asset tracking and management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automation systems and maintenance operations is a plus.

Education:
- High School diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred
