General Laborer
Location: Avon Lake, OH
Shift: 7am-5:30pm, half day Saturday
Pay Rate: $15/hr

Job Summary:
The General Laborer will support various aspects of our foundry operations, including material handling, equipment assistance, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the pouring, grinding, and finishing processes of aluminum castings.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
Perform visual inspections to identify and report defects or irregularities.
Utilize basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the workspace.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Provide support to machine operators and other production staff as needed.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to [Specify Weight].
Comfortable working in a hot and industrial environment.
