Verify production itinerary and prepare documentation for your shift
Perform preventative maintenance work on each equipment in the production line. Ensure minimal "downtime " as established by the maintenance program.
Respond to emergency calls to repair utlity equipment such as engines, valves, punches, conveyors, boilers, among others.
Set up, maintain and operate the "Necker ", "Inside Spray " and "Decorator equipment "
Operate the Decorator's machine:
1.Attention to detail to determine registration of a can and to troubleshoot lithography / printer defects and know how to correct.
2. Responsible for maintaing activities of the printer / decorator beverage cans with a focus on optimizing Safety, Quality, Productivity and Spoilage.
Operator Inside Spray machine:
1. Inspect and monitor, then enter the following specifications:
Metal exposer test and Internal coating weight
Operator Nector:
Inspect and monitor, then enter the following specifications:
Finished can height, plug diameter, flange width, dome reformer
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Able to effectively communicate in English.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
Work requires sitting, standing, and/or walking for periods of five hours or more, moving and examining objects at high and low reach, and reading for periods of three hours or more.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
Ability to work up to twelve (12) hours shift, frequent overtime may also be required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least two years of related experience required.

- Analysis and self-learning capacity.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Basic knowledge of how electrical components work.
- Ability to use precision measurement devices.
Able to effectively communicate in English.
