Contract opportunity 1st 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
             1^st - $18.00 6:40AM to 3:PM
              2^nd - $20.35 2:40PM to 11PM
              3^rd - $21.28 10:40PM to 7AM 
2 breaks and a 20 minute lunch
Will Train
We are seeking dedicated Cleanroom Production Workers to join our team. This role requires working in a controlled cleanroom environment, adhering to strict gowning and cleanliness protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of reading and writing neatly in English, and able to inspect products using a magnifying glass.
 
Clean Room Operator

• Employees will receive training on how to operate clean room equipment safely and efficiently
• Daily instructions will be given by work orders and written directions, as well as verbal guidance from Lead and/or Supervisor
• Tasks may vary within the day OR from day to day
• May be required to do any or all of the following:
  • Sitting or standing or combination of both throughout the day
  • Fill the machine hoppers with the material that the machine will use to produce the parts
  • Take the finished parts off the machine as they are produced
  • Use different types of measuring equipment to test the accuracy of the finished product
  • Look for visible defects in a manufactured product; sometimes using the naked eye and sometimes using a magnifying glass
  • Manually wiping/cleaning small parts prior to packaging
  • Package final product

 
*none of our products are heavy, and even several packaged together in a bag will not be more than  25lbs – assistance is always available if a task is too heavy or cumbersome for one person
Requirements:

• Ability to read and write neatly in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to read and understand written work orders and instructions
• Ability to legibly and accurately complete daily documentation regarding parts and production

• Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required.

 
Cleanroom Environment Protocols:

• All personal items must be left outside the cleanroom environment.  Lockers are provided.
  • No phones, keys, wallets etc. will be allowed.
• No bracelets or earrings that dangle and could get caught in machinery.
• No eating or chewing gum.
• No perfume, cologne, body spray etc.

• No exposed skin.  (except face)
  • Long-sleeved lab coats will be provided.
  • Rubber gloves will be provided for hands.
  • Employee must either wear full-length pants OR if wearing capris, must wear nylons or leggings to cover the full leg.  No shorts allowed.
• Head and facial hair must be covered. 
  • Hair/beard nets are provided.
  • Hair nets are required for all; even those with little to no head hair.
• Must wear shoe covers/’booties’.  (provided)
• Employees must practice good personal hygiene.
