Press Operator:
Job Summary:
The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The operator ensures machines run smoothly, adjusts settings as needed, and monitors production to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Keep production area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating printing presses preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Press Assembly Worker:
Job Summary:
The Press Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling printed materials, ensuring they are accurately aligned, and performing quality checks before they move to the next stage of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble printed materials, such as brochures, posters, or packaging
- Inspect materials for defects or quality issues
- Operate light assembly machinery and tools
- Ensure products meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Follow assembly instructions and work with other team members to meet goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Attention to detail for quality assurance
- Basic assembly or mechanical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
