Marketing Website Content Manager
Position Summary:
As the Marketing Website Content Manager, you will recommend and execute website content strategies aimed at improving user experience, conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:

Content Management:
- Oversee and sometimes execute the creation, editing, and publishing of website content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand's voice and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.

Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh and relevant content.
- Identify opportunities for new content initiatives and campaigns.

User Experience (UX):
- Ensure website content is user-friendly and enhances the overall user experience.
- Work to optimize website navigation and layout.
- Conduct regular audits of website content to identify and address any issues.

On-Site Search Optimization:
- Optimize the on-site search tool to improve search accuracy and user satisfaction.
- Analyze search data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration with Catalog Team:
- Work with the website catalog team on product detail page design and product descriptions.
- Ensure product information is comprehensive, accurate, and engaging.

Customer Journey Mapping:
- Map the customer journey to identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to website content.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data to inform content decisions and optimize strategies.
- Implement UI/UX A/B testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, web design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in driving consumer behavior through design.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UI and UX best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (preferably Magento).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
- Offers will be made based on background and work experience.
- This is an on-site position. Normal work hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with occasional overtime required.
