What you need to know:
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday with some flexibility to work weekends as needed; 40-hour work weeks
* Training hours: 9am – 5:30pm
*Hours may transition to a 2 nd shift start

What you need to apply:
- High School Diploma
- 1 or more years of experience in a phone-based customer service position required.
- MUST live local to Columbus, OH
- Comfortable with requirements to support government-based accounts & customers
- May need to receive a government clearance
- Comfortable with computers and professional communication
- Assisting with 10-20 calls be day.
- Using a Remedy Ticketing System.
- Executing "wipe commands” as needed.
- Connecting with customers throughout the day and maintaining a professional demeanor.
