We are looking for an experienced CNC STAR, HAAS or MAZAK CNC LATHE OPERATORS with 1 OR MORE years experience to operate our STAR, HAAS or MAZAK CNC production operations. You'll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring workflows in our CNC area. In a fast paced environment like production, the operator is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. and smooth flow of CNC projects. Must be able to use G-coding or Mazatrol

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machines in cnc dept.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and regular maintenance of tooling.
- Check production output according to specifications and programs
- Submit reports on performance and tooling changes
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements in our shop
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Skills
- Proven experience in Production and CNC operation.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Skills in Mazatrol or G code use
- Organizational abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
