Job Description:
The I&T Lead will be an experienced professional responsible for all development tasks for the Joint Reduced Range rocket (JR3) to ensure technical excellence and mission success. This individual will perform both technical and programmatic oversight duties covering such as: subsystem integration and test, ground and flight testing, lead and/or support coordination of laboratories and test ranges, data analysis and preparation of documentation. Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
Basic Must Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
• Active secret clearance preferred, willing to consider candidates with a previously held active clearance. Interim secret clearance required to start position.
• Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
• Candidate must be available for potential travel.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with integration and ground/flight tests for ground launch systems is strongly desired.
• Familiarity and knowledge of Tactical Missile systems combined with a working knowledge of the Army customer is preferred.
• Experience with White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) operations
