Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Process and reconcile insurance carrier commission revenue and premium payment adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Verify financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, including insurance carriers and general agents.
- Maintain and update department procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years in accounting, finance, or the insurance industry (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formatting, formulas, lookups).
- Experience with relational databases (Microsoft Access a plus).
