Requirements:
The minimum starting pay is $16.00 hourly; however, the actual starting pay will be based on your knowledge, ability, and experience. PAID benefits and breaks! We offer a range of benefits including 401k, healthcare, dental, and vision while you are working towards your permanent employment.

Requirements:
- Must pass a MIG Weld skills test
- Read & interpret blueprints
- Weld, cut, grind, and finish the product
- Must be able to read & understand a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Will cross-train to perform other duties in the warehouse and on various production lines.
