Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:- Process incoming packages for the corresponding order number and shipping them to the end-user. In addition, adding any requested accessories to those orders and double-checking the order against the device to ensure the proper equipment was received.
- Assisting the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager position with email support, recycling assistance, and assigned tasks. These tasks may include but are not limited to completing any clearance documents requested, Final Order Review if behind, help with receiving incoming packages, processing or receiving pallet shipments.
- Receiving packages and documenting them thoroughly.
- Performing the final order review of packages, securing them properly until the couriers pick them up
- Processing and tracking incoming shipments.
- Managing the inventory of devices and accessories.
- Matching incoming devices to open orders.
- Processing shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA).
- Recording all data for outbound shipments.
- Processing return orders from clients.
- Equipping and provisioning devices as required.
- Assisting with final order reviews.
- Assisting with tasks to ensure Logistics run smoothly.
- Providing support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
- Specializing in receiving inbound (receiving and documenting) and exporting outbound shipments (final order review and documenting).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
The minimum qualifications include:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least six (6) months experience within Logistics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
