Forklift Operator
Pay: $13.50
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 2:30pm – 12:00am, Monday through Friday.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operator to join our team at our leading home de cor store. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, moving, stacking, and tracking heavy materials. You will assist in ensuring our products are accurately priced and ready for customers. We expect someone who is dependable, proactive, and enjoys working in a hands-on retail environment. This role requires physical labor and attention to detail to maintain the quality and efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieves supplies and materials for production if inventory is not on the production floor.
- Clears production area by securing and moving finished pallets into the racking system, moving empty pallets out of the racking system.
- Documents actions by logging movement of supplies, materials, and finished goods into an RF scanner.
- Will be able to perform tasks on the standup forklift going up 40ft into the inventory racking area.
- Willing to be trained and certified on a PE, sit down tow motor, turret truck and standup stock picker.
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience.
- Must have no issues navigating 40 ft up into our racking system.
- Previous RF scanner experience.
