Job Description:
The Senior Producer, Video Content, will be an integral part of the Creative Services team, supporting video production (ideation, writing, pre-, post-, and shoot production, video and audio editing, motion graphics, etc.) for internal marketing and corporate projects. Reporting to the Manager of Video Content, the Sr. Producer will collaborate with the Creative Services video team and other internal teams to develop and execute high-quality video content. This role requires expertise in editing narrative projects independently and supporting the team in managing production processes, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation:
- Develop innovative, on-brand, and compelling creative video concepts and treatments.
- Champion creative ideas to marketing and creative leadership.

Content Production:
- Lead video projects, execute creative direction, and collaborate with design teams and external vendors.
- Provide videography, photography, motion graphics, and post-production services.
- Direct video shoots, providing guidance to DPs, lighting directors, set designers, and other crew members.

Professional Competencies:
- Proficient in all aspects of video production, including scripting, editing, shooting, and handling camera, lighting, audio, and related equipment.
- Ability to ensure success in all phases of asset production, including managing timelines and approvals.
- Proficient in video asset management tools (such as Frame.io, Dropbox, Wipster).
- Monitor post-production processes, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time, using tools like Workfront.

- Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders and flex communication styles to meet project needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role in an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, or in-house marketing team.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere, with working knowledge of Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in digital video asset management software (e.g., Frame.io, Dropbox).
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of video production, including studio and location shooting, camera, lighting, audio, etc.
- Strong writing and ideation skills for video content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
