Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Blending Room Operator Responsibilities
- Responsible for all blending in production.
- Follows all GMPs and other company policies and procedures.
- Verifies ingredients and batch weights, before adding to blender, and following instruction on the blending procedure.
- Accurately maintains all blending documentation.
- Responsible for daily cleaning and sanitizing of all blenders and related equipment.
- Assists in all production responsibilities to assure completion of daily schedule.
- Responsible for emptying trash daily.
- Certified Forklift Operator.
- Advises the Quality department and Production Management of any situations that affect daily operations.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining food safety through the facility, within the scope of job responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pack Room Operator Responsibilities
- Responsible for all packaging operations.
- Follow all GMPs and other company policies and procedures.
- Puts empty container onto machine to be filled, fills to desired weight, seals container, labels finished product and metal detect all packaged product.
- Accurately maintains all bagging documentation.
- Certified Forklift Operator.
- Responsible for daily cleaning and sanitizing of all baggers and related equipment.
- Assists in all production responsibilities to assure completion of daily schedule.
- Responsible for emptying trash daily.
- Advises the Quality department and Production Management of any situations that affect daily operations.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining food safety through the facility, within the scope of job responsibilities.
