We are looking for a third shift material handler with some experience in the injection molding field. Job description as follows:
Maintain Materials on the Production Floor
Minor trouble shooting and repair of material grinding equipment

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ability to Lift, Pull or Push Fifty pounds
- Basic Math Skills ie. , -, /, x
- Identification of All Materials, dryers, dry time, run usage
- Ability to Set and Maintain Color Feeders
- Keep dryers and hoppers full of resin
- Ability to Maintain and Clean Dedicated Equipment and areas used in the Material Handling Process
- Ability to Maintain Production systems using proper documentation for engineering , samples and production
- Maintain GMP and 5S Activities with the Material Handling Process
- Ability to set up properly all equipment required for the Material Handling Process.
- Assist in Trash Removal from the Production Floor
- Assist with Breaks as Required
- Grinding as instructed
- Properly keep All Material Identified with Proper Nomenclature, Work Orders and /or Special tags
- To work within all the guidelines as specified by Company Policies.
- Proper Use of Maintenance Work Orders
- To assist in all activities as instructed that are within your Physical Capabilities.
- Keep production free and clear for resin pellets on and around machines
- Able to understand and maintain the Manufacturing books
- Understanding and Use of our Visual Manufacturing System.
- Able to identify defects as posted in Manufacturing Books
- Basic Math Comprehension
- Basic Understanding of Material Types
- 0-2 Years in the Plastics Industry
