Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Set up and maintain Workers’ Compensation and other insurance accounts.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support to internal and external partners.
- Utilize multiple software applications for account management and data processing.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year of customer service or insurance-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
