Job Title: PCB Production Operator
Location: South Tucson
Pay: $15 hour
Requirements: 1 year experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow process work instructions
- Set up machine
- Operate drill machine and monitor operation.
- Update Jobs in Prototrak, sign/initial and date traveler, move job to next department
- Perform material prep process when required
- Arrange equipment setup and conduct process-related measurements as needed.
- Perform prescribed maintenance on operator machines.
- Inspect and rectify PCBs and components based on established criteria.
LEVEL DESCRIPTORS:
- Knowledge - Basic knowledge of machine operations and quality system requirements
- Direction - Works under close direction
- Complexity - Solves problems of minimal complexity within own department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read a traveler (Tracked document with steps required to produce item), program sheet and blueprints.
- Ability to fill out traveler and log
- Ability to compete job-associated paperwork clearly and effectively.
- Ability to use/be trained on micrometer, copper tester, shearer, tape measure, ring setter, microscope, calipers
- Basic PC literacy
- 1 year experience preferred, but not required.
- Stand for long periods at machine.
- Lift and move 10 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Walks frequently
