Job Description:
This Integration and Test position is in support of a ground-launched missile program and will include technical and programmatic duties. Duties include the hands-on conduct of subsystem assembly, integration and testing, ground and flight testing, use of automated test equipment during missile processing, and preparation of test related documentation. Primary duties involve test planning, setup, and conduct during Design Verification Testing (DVT) in labs such as the Environmental Test Lab and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) lab. This role will also require developing procedures for missile functional testing using automated test equipment, as well as test plans and reports. This role will also require the candidate to assemble and test mockup (inert) missiles and live ordnance flight test missiles plus support flight testing at a Government Test Range requiring some travel for flight test operations.

This individual will communicate technical status and issues internally to program and functional leadership, as well as externally to customers. Works closely with the technical leads on program to ensure appropriate staffing and resources and makes certain that appropriate reviews are conducted to ensure engineering excellence.

Candidate must be comfortable coordinating with various groups to ensure program requirements are being met and in support of various test activities.

Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
Hands-on experience with ground-launched missile systems testing including launch systems and targeting/fire control elements
Experience developing standard operating procedures for missile processing, test plans and test reports.
Active secret clearance preferred, willing to consider candidates with a previously held active clearance. Interim secret clearance required to start position.

Desired Skills:
Experience planning and coordinating flight test missions.
Experience being part of a flight test team
Experience with missile telemetry and flight termination.
Experience being part of a flight test team for ground-launched missiles.
