Location: Wickliffe, OH
Shift: 1 st working 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $32 to $36 an hour based on experience

As the Maintenance Supervisor you would lead a maintenance department, directly working with the team to perform maintenance functions as well as ensuring inventory needs are maintained.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Track maintenance employees' performance and perform periodic reviews.
- Advise any department and/or site-specific needs for capital expenditure on requests.
- Able to work alone on complex tasks and provide adequate communication to all related parties.
- Use CMMS software to track inventory and create, modify, and schedule tasks for maintenance personnel.
- Maintain appropriate mean time to repair and accurate estimates of work completion time.
- Work with contractors to schedule services such as press, crane, air compressor maintenance.
- Coordinate work with production scheduling when possible.
- Perform in compliance with best practices, company standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe department, including periodic testing for PPE, LOTO, etc.
- Training employees on proper Machine maintenance
Skills/Qualifications
- 4 or more years' experience in Industrial Maintenance
- 2 or more years' experience in Supervision or Managment in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical and PLC controls as well as mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong communications skills and ability to work together while leading a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Computer and mathematical skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and stand, climb, kneel, bend, and lift for up to 10 hours per day.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
