Job title: Manual Machinist
Location: Warrensville Heights
Shift: 1 st (6 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, OT on Friday as needed)
Salary: $19 to $22 an hour or higher based on experience
Contract to hire position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up & Operate standard tool room equipment including manual Bridgeport mills, Manual Engine Lathes, Drill Presses, Band Saws and Surface Grinders.
- Uses precision measuring devices to inspect parts.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years' experience working with manual mills and/or lathes.
- Additional job training will be provided.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team; must be able to communicate effectively.
- Able to read blueprints and precision measuring devices.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Will be subject to pre-screening requirements.
